All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving the order confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will inform you in case of any significant delay.


2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Within India: 5–10 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors like courier delays or weather conditions.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on prepaid orders

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional charge (if applicable)

Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and shown at checkout.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email.
You can track your order using the provided tracking link.


5. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


6. Delivery Issues

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours. We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your product arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately with proper proof (photos/videos). We will arrange a replacement or refund.
